I am a regular customer. Today I went with my prescription for an antibiotic to treat a serious kidney infection. The doctor has put tablets instead of capsules and the girl who has treated me has refused to give me the medicine, even explaining that at 3:20 p.m., the doctor was no longer there and that please, give it to me. I am responsible for requesting the modification of the recipe without fail. Well, he has refused! saying that without a prescription he did not give it to me, which is a lie because the prescription was carried even though it was wrong and being an EMERGENCY !! I have gone to another pharmacy in town and they have given it to me without any problem. Even so, I have returned to the health center, the doctor in the afternoon changed it and I took it to Saúl's Pharmacy. For my part I will not return anymore, thank God now we can choose to have more pharmacies in town. A Pity, BUT CUSTOMERS COSTS A LOT TO EARN AND ARE LOST BY THIS LACK OF EMPATHY AND SERVICE

Newly opened pharmacy in Villanueva del Pardillo. It opened on July 23. A spacious, bright space with a modern design. Its workers form a great team, friendly and with excellent treatment.

Very poorly attended in an emergency situation. I went for an emergency medication and the pharmacist (senior man with white hair and angry with the world) was very unpleasant and impertinent (he threatened to remind me of my face and not give me medicine again) a shame
