Very good service!
I had requested an hour to be attended to. They kept me standing for half an hour and they didn't even come up to offer me a seat or tell me they were late and apologize. There are more agencies besides that. As for me, they won't see my hair anymore. It seemed to me of a lack of delicacy and blatant education.
The truth is that in my case it was a very bad experience, we bought a seat Arona and apart from that it is not even two years old, I do not know how many times we have had to wear it because it fails us, now in three days we have stopped three times and we took the car and we carried more than 24 without knowing anything when they told us that they were going to call us, it is desperate you try to call the workshop and always communicating they take your data and say that they call you "urgent" and the hours pass and they don't know knows nothing, the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Total disappointment!
I take the car to the workshop because among other things he lost oil and I'll take it and still losing the same or more. Labor by looking at it if I was billed. Each one draw their conclusions.
