Best avoided. Of two ordered items, a countertop had minor marks that could be sanded out, a wider hardwood board had a 75cm crack down the middle due to bad packaging. Initially, there was a response to my message asking for an exchange or refund, but ultimately, the seller just shrouded himself in silence and nothing came of it. The cracked board is now just sitting around unused until I decide whether to cut it up and have a (much) smaller table or until I receive an unlikely reply from the seller.
