A beautiful chapel dedicated to St. Joseph, along the banks of the CV-147 road. Almost in front of the Mirador, it was built at the beginning of the 18th century, it was rebuilt in 2008. It is rectangular in shape and painted white, it has a fence around it and a stone staircase that gives access to it. The whole hermitage is surrounded by a dense grove, with which there is a good shade in summer. Next to the Ermita de San José there is a fountain and a sculpture by Melchor Zapata in memory of the forest brigades that helped put out the last fire in the Desert. In front of the Ermita de San José there is a small park with benches and tables to sit or have a meal. Place that is worth visiting.
