I have called about 100 times by phone, I have been to the City Council another 15 times, and no councilor of those who take this issue answers me. The concierges just tell you to call on the phone, but you call and either they don't pick up the phone or they have half an hour waiting for you, or they pass you to the office and nobody picks it up. It is a brutal impotence. I believe that the attention to the citizen is disastrous, when in theory it is due to the citizens. The Covid situation is an excuse for not doing your job. I have requested a video conference or a phone call at least, but nothing, not even that. I see apathy, indifference and a lot of disorder in this City Council, and who suffers from it? The usual, the citizen. Then come out in the photos with the theme of the Environment, but it is all appearance. For when someone who communicates with citizens and who listens to solve things that are important such as a municipal ordinance for cars labeled ZERO that do not pollute in the village?

I find it shameful that a lady is fined for feeding stray cats, which are cared for and sterilized by herself. Instead of screwing it up, what they should do is implement the CES method in their population and collaborate as a city council in their care.

We stopped at 11:00 in the morning to have lunch in one of its bars and buy miguelitos, those in the blue zone at the time of going for a ticket almost fined me and in the end because we spent 7 minutes they fined us.
