Ciclos Martin saved our trip to Santiago. We broke the plate that joins the rear derailleur to the bike frame (patilla, in Spanish) and mistakenly were not carrying one along. They solved the problem with a universal patilla, which took us all the way to Santiago in total safety, for just over 20 €. Staff was nice and competent. And fast.

KINDNESS + EXPERIENCE + GOOD PRICE They have made us a study of what was happening on the bikes, they have advised us, gave us a budget, and the execution has been fast and everything is going great ... We are delighted with the close and friendly treatment of a lifelong place that really knows and takes care of the customer, with good service and a good price. WE WILL ALWAYS COME BACK.
