Very helpful people, I felt happy to be in their car. My car had developed a fault, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble to help us on our way for the next 1000 km. Very pleased.

I went to the review on November 10 and to change the battery that after seven years with the factory one in the Passat was beginning to weaken. Battery revision and change € 917. After three days the car does not start, it has no battery. In what comes the crane I open the hood, the battery cover and I see that the battery is broken, it has a whole corner jumped and a hole through which you can see the inside of it. Luckily it was in a well visible part and they could not claim anything. Even so, they had my car from 11 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon doing diagnostics in case the problem was with the car. In the end they changed it and that's it.
Nefarious telephone attention.
Very bad customer service.
Trust in the service null.
For my safety and for my pocket I will not return.
It is not a place that I like to go, because I have to pay money, but whenever I go their treatment is unbeatable, friendly, polite, attentive. It is a highly recommended workshop
