I urgently need a solution to a company computer that has been in the Monasterio de Irache store for a long time and they haven't even touched it. The employee calmly dismisses himself, claiming that he has to attend the store and is alone because of what he cannot attend to me. This attitude is not acceptable and I want to speak with a person in charge of the house. I write it here because he does not even want to give me the contact of a person in charge for which I feel totally neglected. After the response from the person in charge, I reconsider my rating, accepting his attitude and that the computer was actually repaired.
