Extensive selection of products of different quality. Whatever level you play at, or what your budget is, you'll find something. Staff are very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have, no matter how basic.

Terrible experience with this shop. I put my guitar in for repair (bridge was lifting). It is a simple repair and I told them I did not want to pay more than 40 Euros. They made me pay a 15 Euro deposit and did not make it clear this was non-refundable. They could not give me a price for the repair as they outsource guitar repairs. The guy called me saying it would take a week and 70 Euros to repair. I told them I did not want the work done and to cancel the repair. After one week, I got my guitar back but they refused to refund the deposit. I will not use this shop again and will advise every musician in Pamplona to do the same. Before you argue that a deposit should be required for a quote think about this. - A man goes into a shop and asks how much a jar of mystery honey is. The merchant asks him to pay a euro for him to reveal the price. The merchant then tells the man that the mystery honey costs 1,000 euros and keeps the euro when the man doesn't want to buy it. Don't bother with UME.

Very good customer service, and in my city, very good service and quality professionals. I bought some speakers and they even helped me carry them to the car. Awesome! , they have everything!
