Seat of the Navarre parliament. They occupy the current building since 1979, date of the first elections, although they previously occupied other venues; in Tafalla, in Sangüesa, in Tudela, in Estella, in Olite, in Corella and in Pamplona.

The Parliament of Navarra or Cortes de Navarra is the legislative body of the Comunidad Foral de Navarra. It is located in the Paseo Sarasate, being this one, a central place of Pamplona. The building was built in 1892 and on the ground floor is the registry, where the public, the library and other services are attended. They are made visit guided to the public.
