Good Morning; I would like to share the total discontent and absolute lack of empathy and customer service with which I was surprised by the two people responsible for this business in the neighborhood of San Juan in which I have been for many years as a client as a child and now as a parent. We bought some € 60 shoes that I understand that for that price for a three year old girl and they are not exactly of bad quality and that during the sale nobody warns us of the possibility of what would happen later. The girl put on her shoes 2 HOURS ... YES, 2H and in those two hours the two shoes were completely worn out ... do not think that she had been playing football or kicking a rock, walk two hours for Pamplona ... When we go to the store they tell us that they are going to send a photo to the supplier and that they will tell us ... that it is weird ... and so much, footwear duration: 2 Hours. To the days when I return to the shoe store I am informed that the factory does not take charge ... that is the problem of use, INSISTO 2H of use !!!!!!! The saleswoman / owner of the business gets involved in telling me that it is the 3-year-old girl's fault for dragging her feet ... and that they do not take charge. To the days my wife returns to speak with the person who attended her and the solution that she gives is the following: To the shoes of 60 € she passes a pink bitumen to cover the chafing !!!!! The fudge is already total... For not extending me I would like the owners of the ZAPATERÍA PEQUES of San Juan to consider several things: Is this the service you want to offer to your neighborhood clients? We complain that small businesses do not subsist on the big brands and surfaces, NORMAL ... but differences in treatment, empathy and individual service will NOT do it in the price and the range .... Is it worth losing customers who are true to your business? You have lost a client WHOLE LIFE and you have gained an INFIMA publicity of your business and your product ... all for not putting yourself on the client's side. I want to make clear that the treatment was correct, the bad product, the aberrant solution, the allocation of the fault to the simplistic provider and the "I can not do anything" very sad ... I wish you to improve A LOT in these cases because otherwise I am convinced that in a short time we will have opened in your premises something more like a shoe franchise or a shoe trade at € 15 but lasting 2 years.
