I've been buying firewood for many years, and I've never had problems. Before I bought the firewood in bulk, the truck came and threw it on the ground, and then we had to enter it. But the last years we are comparing the wood in pallet and the truth that is much more comfortable, they leave the pallet in the place and we do not have to enter the firewood.

You make an order for palletized firewood and when the transport company does not make the delivery (because they are two pallets of 350 kg and weigh a lot to move them, beware, if you could put the truck inside the house, but you do not see it clearly. ..) they ignore you and tell you that if you want to return you have to pay for the transportation back. But if they have not given me anything! And after having to call again, because of course, you call to report the situation, they tell you that they immediately call the carrier and they tell you something, and it turns out that they go home until the next day without telling you anything. And in my house have entered larger trucks, with tugs of 2 tons that have raised and led the firewood inside !!! And a thousand pallets with construction material and firewood in bags, and everything without problems. But how will not a pallet enter? We are crazy? An absolute scam. FRAUD.

I have bought both pellets and firewood several times and I am very happy with the service and the quality of the product. Whenever I have bought them they have treated me very well.

This year the wood more expensive, very wet, much less quantity when we are supposed to ask for the weight, and very bad the stack, if the deliveryman does not know how to stack it does not offer the service
