If you call by phone they do not know or DO NOT WANT to inform you. They disrespect you without regard and they stay so WIDE. Calling them CRIMINALS is an understatement. The saddest thing is that many of them are now there and will soon be in the strike queue. It is what it has to be BAD PEOPLE AND PROFESSIONAL NEFAST @ S.

A shame. Ask for an appointment even though they don't have anyone. The manager came to give me an information phone number and to not answer. Already done enough !!. People like this make us think that officials don't work, which is not true. If you have to ask for information or solve any question you will waste time.

Fatal!. It seems that you are going to ask for money. Laziness, apathy and lack of professionalism must be one of the main requirements to work in an inoperative, obsolete organization that should be swallowed by another with more preparation and willingness to HELP people in difficulties.

Fatal is not even 11 in the morning and they are going to drink coffee I see a tremendous lack of professionalism if you want to make an inquiry or something that you do not understand they send you to make an appointment and take 4-5 days when they never have people tables half of those who are there or are talking to each other or at rest
