Relying on his professionalism and many years of experience, I decided to take the covers of my sofa because the velvet-silk material is very delicate and we did not know how to clean the yellowish color of the years. They charged me € 160 and they said they couldn't get wet. That they had done a dry cleaning and that it was something very delicate and that a much deeper cleaning could cost me € 300. I returned home with the covers and we reassembled it until yesterday when we decided to wash it in the washing machine on a silk program, with Ariel at 30 degrees and soften Flor. I have to say that I have been very disappointed in this company. First, because they have taken € 160 from me and they have not given me a solution, and second, because I have nothing professional to show, since they do not know whether or not it is possible to clean delicate fabrics in the washing machine. Thinking that it could be damaged we played it and the result has been that the sofa is like the first day. Without any yellow stain. I leave this here so that other people who have a similar problem do not seek professionalism in these matters. It is shown that there are many people who dedicate themselves to trades that they do not control 100%
