Apart from visiting the monument, from there we have privileged views of 3 provinces, Ciudad Real, Badajoz and Córdoba. Also spectacular is the visual panorama that we have of the Alcudia Valley. Visits to the town of Chillón and the Almadén mining park are essential (recommended with a guide). Also visit the eighteenth century Almadén hexagonal bullring. Everything in a fist, everything in a radius of 6 kilometers.

The hermitage has a closed access halfway. They could put up a sign at least not to make it go up and hurt to turn around.

The best thing about climbing to the hermitage is its views ... On the one hand the union of the 3 provinces (Cordoba, Badajoz and Ciudad Real) and on the other side you have the view of Chillón and the Almadén mining park) At the entrance You have a sign with the description of the hermitage (it is built on the remains of an old castle). Access is fine (asphalted road). It is signposted in Chillón. If you are in the area do not hesitate to climb ... The views are worth it ....
