We had a problem with the car while on vacation and no interest in helping us ... The boy who treated us very passively ... He said he gave us an appointment for three weeks ... being there only ten days anyway ... thank goodness that we found a very good workshop that took care of us and solved everything in one day
I went to buy a car. Customer service very good. Great quality of vehicles and variety. Large place, easy to park. At the exit of Laredo (Cantabria).
As in the workshop they have in Torrelavega. They do not deign to assist you without an appointment. It does not matter if you had a problem with an incident warning, which can be solved by connecting the car control unit to a tablet, little consideration with which you trust the KIA brand.
