Rip-offs!!!!! Would give zero stars if possible! We were towed away to this garage. After inspection they told us it would be the injection pump and gave us a bill over 4500 euros (online or used pumps can be much more cheaper!!) We said we can't afford this and later on they exchanged 2 of 4 fule hose and charged us 450 euros. While translating the bill after paying we saw they charged us for stuff they have not even done!! The next morning, the car didn't even turn on again! But the money was gone. We went to another garage, where they exchanged the other 2 fule hole, charging us only 30 euros. Furthermore they fixed our car, finding out it was the starter and not one of the most expensive part like the injection pump! We are shocked about this bad experience and really hope to hold off someone else to go there!
Highly recommended workshop. In my case, sheet metal repair with great quality and very quickly. They have many years of experience and they know what they are doing. Great customer service with details that I have not seen in other workshops. They also have rental and replacement cars for when you leave yours to repair. It is also next to the roundabout at the entrance to Laredo, as you leave the highway, so its accessibility is unbeatable and with many parking spaces. It also has a private laundry room to leave your car sparkling. A great workshop.
Yesterday they gave me a Nissan X Trail, and very happy. David took care of me from the first day and a professional, the treatment he gave me and the advice on the different aspects of the purchase was perfect.
He kept me informed at all times. I looked for all the versions of the car that were available in stock since I wanted it to be Diesel 4x4 and the number of cars with this feature was very limited.
Summary, a great success to buy the car here.
