Very good service ! The organization of the staff works great. We had engine problems with a VW T5 and were send to this place. We were really happy in the end.
Void telephone service. If you leave the car in the workshop, they do not do any kind of follow-up to the repair / breakdown and if you need to speak with them by phone it is mission impossible.

NEFASTA experience!
From the first moment you see the car sold, everything went wrong. When I made the car reservation I had to wait more than a month for some papers to be done, and that time they had the car on display (when they told me that they were going to remove it from there because the car was already mine). Every time I went, a different commercial attended me (3 commercials in total) and each one of them gave me conditions, always getting worse, of course.
Consequently they made me sign the telematics contract, excusing themselves in the COVID, without being able to read it and DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE AGREED AT ANYTHING.
Now the manager of the "local" hides behind my signing. I thought that an official dealer was not going to SCAM me in this way, but I realized that this is a txiringuito with a dealer sign.
