I've been calling all day on the phone and they don't pick me up. After taking all morning they caught me and with it they hung me up. 2sec later I called again and they did not catch me at all ... So busy, I don't think they are there to not pick up the phone.
Flexibility in the schedule, speed, follow-up of repairs ... Boiler broken and changed from one day to another.
Better service than brand officers.
The truth: they have plenty of customers and that is why they give such a bad treatment, you have to be behind them to solve your problem.
They are nothing sincere and if they can fool you they will. They do not agree among their employees and some tell you some things and others. This is not serious.
