I placed an order for masks, which were supposed to be sent to me within 48 hours and 11 days have passed and they still haven't arrived. The order tracking link no longer works, they do not respond to my emails and the contact telephone number on the occasions I have called while communicating. I'm starting to think I've been ripped off.
