Because he left us stranded in August with the car paralyzed for 6 days. He hasn't returned it to us yet and we have no idea when he will fix it. Every day that passes are hotel and meal expenses, which we could have saved if we had not informed. Very unprofessional for not giving notice before that I had no idea when to fix it. All he wanted was pasta.
