The treatment with the client, especially by a saleswoman (one who is always there) is terrible. Bad ways, whispers ... shoes like anywhere else, but a couple of times that I have sincerely entered with these attitudes, I have taken away the desire to buy and I have gone to another place where they serve well.

I bought some HUNTER water boots in March 2019, now I realize that they have cracked me completely through the area of ​​the template and the water is filtered, I approach the store because in HUNTER customer service they tell me that they have Two-year guarantee and your answer is that I have cracked that and that the guarantee is also 6 months, you should think that I have nothing more to do than cracking boots that cost me 120 euros. I will not buy from this store again! I do not recommend it.

A terrible attention, the saleswoman was very superb and her treatment is not worthy of facing the public. He did not give me a solution when the order of some shirts with the wrong color came to me, he did not want to return the money and on top of that he believed with reason. I called the web 10 times and when they saw that it was a claim they hung up my phone. The company's return policy means that you will never buy from this store again. Zero recommended, they are not reliable.

I do not think about shoes, since they are the same as in any other store, but customer service is the worst if I compare it with other nearby shoe stores. To have staff that does not know how to behave towards the public, it is better that they only sell online since they give a bad image of the company and precisely for that reason, I will never buy there again. Disrespect and education in the form of gestures and postures of saleswomen, whispering among themselves, as if they were in a cafeteria, really embarrassing. In addition, there is always a problem with the order or step by box, with no seriousness.
