Well, sometimes orders do not arrive on the dates indicated but putting one in the place of the deliveryman, it is surely a mess with both travel and package. Sometimes customers complain about ññería more than anything else and you have to be more patient and understanding, especially when it is 10 ° in winter or 40 ° in summer. If you call for any doubt, the customer service receptionist answers you and informs you right away and so you save saying "I've been waiting all day for nothing". They are friendly and that is also appreciated. If we all complain about when the package is delivered to us and if the day packages are 50, for the deliveryman it must be stressful. If sometimes I doubt for whatever it is that my order will not arrive on the indicated date then I call by phone and they tell me without problem or bad rolls. I do not put the last star for that, because they do not usually arrive on the day mentioned, BUT they can not be aware of my package only and exclusively. Today I received another of my packages and the super friendly delivery man, it is not worth getting angry for a day late.

They are scammers! They transported my bike unpacked, I arrived at destination one day late and with some line and break in the handlebar rubber. And the worst of all is that a light that was stored in a bag of the bike disappeared. After that, I call to ask for explanations and the lady who takes my phone says it's my fault. A shame of company!
