In these times and how they are used. Sorry but I am very obfuscated, yesterday my husband picked up 9 us of FFP2 masks at € 6.50 and when he got home we saw that the package of 5 units were the same, the package with 3 units WRAPPED in a plastic bag and closed with FISO , also = than the other 5, but 1 that came separately and with the same bag as the previous three and with FISO does not come with its reference or the corresponding identification, we go as a kitchen napkin with two slits for the ears. I have called to tell them the mistake and they have told me that they neither change it nor give me my money back and that they cannot do anything. We go almost € 60 in 8 masks and 1 napkin, to shame 😭

The man who attends does not advise on any product you are looking for, nor does he of course help the treatment between this individual and the client to be at least cordial, due to his impertinence, displeasure and a crude attitude.
