to contact them very badly .. the phone gets an answering machine and sends you to an email that they do not answer

I have only made one purchase at this pharmacy and will not do so again. Before placing the order I checked the availability of the product through the chat and when he told me that there were 6 units left, I did it. The next day seeing that the status of the order had not changed, I asked again if everything was going well because I was urgent to receive it and they told me again that it would leave that same afternoon. That day when I left work I got an email informing that it was an error on their part, that the product was not in stock and they proceeded to cancel the order and refund the money ... imagine my disappointment. They just made me waste my time 😡
