I bought a letter necklace and 2 sets of white ball earrings. One of the balls detached on the second use, hence the poor rating. The shipment was fast and well packed.
I have to say that Taffeit contacted me right away to fix the problem with the earrings and today November 11 I received a new pair of ball earrings. Good customer service !!

I have made two purchases, the product comes with silver chains, being a gift I used the pendants and put them on another chain to personalize them to my liking (photo1) in the second case I unified them and they look great (photo 2); high quality silver engraved products.
