They have discounts on products they actually don't have in stock (neopreno Orca S7, 177€, -10%). After I bought it they took the money and then they didn't answer my daily Whatsapp messages, phone calls, and emails for 1 week. After 1 week I got in touch with someone helpful via the facebook page and got a refund the next day. Thanks to this guy, otherwise I would be still waiting for a product I will never receive. You can still buy the Orca S7 on the website with the 10% discount, it sounds like a scam! Worst customer experience ever!

I placed an order on September 26 with a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours, today October 7 I have no signs of them. I've been trying to contact them for 3 days, an email and 18 calls, and no one is answering me. Shameful. The only thing that they have been quick to do has been to charge, which they charged me the day the order was placed. If I cannot contact them I will file a claim and request a refund of my money.

Hello good morning, bad customer service not the following, every day calling and they do not pick up the phone, the delivery times of 24-48 is a scam to attract people, a week ago I placed the order and up to date Today I do not know anything about the product ... If someone reads it and gives me a solution because, my god, lack of professionalism ... In the end they have contacted me, they have told me that they have a problem with the phone that a switchboard has to put in, I hope they solve it as soon as possible for the good of the client and for themselves .. Cristina, a very kind girl, has given me several solutions, that in a couple of days I will have the product and if they do not reimburse me ... Thanks ... and I hope it gets fixed soon ..

I have been waiting since 09/07/2020 for the WBNLHMMYC order that was supposed to arrive in 48 hours. In the order tracking, the only thing it says is PAYMENT ACCEPTED, well, don't you tell me? That great information ... I already know that the payment has been made, unfortunately mine, because the order looks very bad ... yes, it is charged. I have tried to contact them by all the phones they put on their website, by their contact form on their website, directly to the email they put on their website, and nothing at all, no attention, no response ... NOTHING, ¿ so much it costs to serve people? such is the collapse that not even answering an email? And if they really have such a collapse, why don't they publish a note on their website advising of this collapse situation so that people know that their orders are not going to be received in the 48 hours that they are promised in it? Regardless of whether or not they may have the collapse, what they are doing is misleading buyers and not giving them the service they are paying for, which is inadmissible. Terrible customer service. Pieces of the delivered material are missing. You write an email and they don't answer you. I'm calling the three phones that appear on the store's website for days and they don't get it. To all this is added that after placing the order they inform me that a party cannot send it because they have had a problem with the database. From my experience, I do not recommend buying from this store.
