I have asked for a complete wash (interior and exterior) and they put the car inside the car wash (which makes me less funny) and when I left it had dirty tires and exhaust ... I thought they would clean it and they haven't touched it, only the 4 drops have dried. Then internally they clean the windows, vacuum, clean the dust on top and chimpun. I have leather seats and they have not been touched or cleaned to polish them ... they do not polish the tires either. It is not bad in itself, but for 13 euros it could be something more detailed.

A TOTAL DISASTER, they passed the car in a car wash, then they left it with some valletas making it dry which after 10 min it was all full of marks, especially the windows, they hit it with an air pistol and they passed it a kind of sponge to remove dust, nothing more. 18 bucks, how angry he took me. For 4 eur you do the same at any gas station and better

Bad attention, bad cleaning and expensive. The manager added the ozone service because she wanted to, claiming that her workers did not have to be infected with covid. Ozone is to disinfect the car if the client wants and in my car only I go and it is private, workers have to wear a mask and protective measures like all workers in general. When I left the trunk was not vacuumed (I emptied it at home beforehand to be vacuumed), I had to go back and they made me look bad, but they did it, since the service was paid. We do not recommend it and we will not return.
