Everything went well until we took my mother's ashes to the Valencia General Cemetery at 10:15 am on 03-05-2018: the fee was not paid. As an explanation, after the first call: that it was Monday and the colleague was in the shop; lie, we were in the business and there was no one from Albia. After the second call: the colleague was paying the fee and would arrive right away. Result: at 11:00 the tax was already in the cemetery and we were able to comply with what we were going for and my mother wanted. My question: Considering that on Sunday morning an employee told me that the rate would be settled first thing in the morning, if the business opens at 8:30 and the banks also, why did we have to wait until 11:00? And, above all, couldn't they have warned us that they were going to take time? With the good service they provided, they screwed it up at the last minute. And I put a star because it cannot be left unmarked. My advice: that everyone exercise their right to choose the funeral home they want; I do not recommend this one, since it is not an isolated case: 2 weeks ago, the cremation of a relative took almost an hour because a piece of paper was missing, would it also be the rate?
