Despite being told that my grandmother was in a special agreement that they had to terminate, they did not. Two months later I receive a charge of almost € 200 due to not having canceled said agreement and they do not respond to me. Also, they do not want to provide me with any solution or give us the claim sheets. They were very quick to collect, but when it came to assuming their mistake, they disappeared, little seriousness and maximum lack of respect.

Imposed by the funeral insurance, and all badly managed, misinformed and with some failures that at those times hurt. Nothing recommendable.
