The service has been very good, ignoring this company and not having references from it, we are very happy with the service, but there are things that could be improved, details. For example, in the funeral home and although it is not his property, the ground where the deceased was had bare areas, and it was very ugly. In the ceremony in the church the coffin was on a structure of wheels, some skirts covering this I think they give an extra quality. And putting the wreaths in the church, not leaving them in the car, I think too. I already say improvable details. But I am satisfied with the service. Thanks for the same.

My user experience is totally satisfactory. The attention from the first moment was unbeatable, facilitating all the steps to follow, which in those moments is highly appreciated. They even found us a crematorium for the next day when other funeral homes did not give it to us until 2 and 3 days later. In short, a service of 10 which made the death of the relative more bearable.
