To all this not a miserable chair (what they say: if you want to sit down, go into the bar)
A woman with crutches sitting in one of the 2 flowerpots at the door, as a pregnant woman wakes up about to go out of accounts (that is, I) takes the piece of the super comfortable place of the flowerpot and another woman in line trying to call a worker to get me a chair in good conditions ...
Not to mention the older ladies who have also had to stand up and complain about poor organization ...
When I finally got my turn after the long wait, I was hoping to be able to sit even for 5 minutes in the office while they attended to me, but wow I was surprised that they didn't even give us a miserable chair ...
