The schedule is unbeatable, the location is good. But that the study room is next to an office where they talk at all times and telephones ring incessantly ... He is unforgivable. There is supposed to be silence in a room where people need maximum concentration.

I'd like to suggest that Saturdays and Sundays could be open noon or so for people who only have time to study and go to the library on weekends.

Asking people to make appointments to return books to the library is another way of saying not to use the library. in other countries there is a big box outside that you can leave books
