Came to Picanya to visit some friends and they told me about this amazing personal trainer. I decided to stop by and participate in some of the classes that they offered and it couldnt have gone any better. Everyone was welcoming and nice. Wish there would be a personal trainer close to home just like this one because its a way to stay in shape in an entertaining and productive way.
This guy is amazing, he gave me exactly what i needed and with clear instructions. He had my whole cycle planned out since day one, you can tell he is a very hard working person.
My back was sore for a long time,thanks to the expert,in a couple of sessions I feel great again.
The service costumer is excellent,always positive and smiling,also they can talk English,thats helps! ;)
The clinic is clean and tidy,and bigger that looks like from outside.
I highly recommend it!
