Perfect for competitions and as a personal trainer to improve your physical condition.
It is the first time that I go to a center of this type and the truth is that the treatment received is 10. Recommended 100%. In addition to the variety of activities. I dared to go because I felt very tired and after the first 3 sessions I do not stop still ... Energy to the fullest !!!
A special treatment, I have been going to do the massages there since they opened and they are different in everything .. They like their work! And it shows in the love they put into each activity that starts from massages, to exercises, without letting the nutritional issue pass.
I am delighted with the services they offer, you can do a complete comprehensive treatment. They have helped me to lose weight and I am managing to maintain my weight thanks to the personalized treatment. Very professional, attentive and friendly.
Classes are up to 6 people which favors the teacher to be attentive to everything you do and help you improve at all times. In addition, each session is different and entertaining.
In addition they conduct food workshops and others as self defense.
