Very bad, I worked at the Benajer retired center, I had to come to the police station every holiday to leave the center keys when I closed, one day they told me that they stole in the center for leaving the door open, without seeing any complaint they threw me work, we learned that I had no contract despite being paying the social security of my pocket to work, they told me that they had proof and that having no contract I had no way to prove that I worked here, I came to talk to them because I They said at the town hall and gave me no solution, a few weeks later a policeman told me that his girlfriend was the head of the center and that I had a problem with them, he went to talk when this man told me and they never appeared, Apart from leaving me to owe an amount of money every month, they tell me that I owe them money for the theft to the center, how can this be solved? Some 350-400 € were retained per month for 10 months, the job I accepted was as a waiter and kitchen assistant, a few days after accepting it they offered me a second job as a concierge for holidays and some Sundays, I didn't charge anything for this job. He works 65-70h per week and charged 650 per month, which is just over € 2 an hour, and they accuse me of stealing.
