Yesterday I had a problem with some noisy neighbors and I called 092. It seems that the one who received the call at the switchboard did not like the name of my street and no operative came to the farm. With which I had to put up with the noisy neighbor. A neighbor who lives next door called the police about noise problems with the same neighbor that bothered me. That time the police did arrive and they stopped making noise. It is shameful that there are people on the phone who do not know anything about Valencia and do not believe that there is a street with a name related to the traditional Valencian sport. The street where I live has a tile with white letters and a navy blue background indicating the name. A way of naming the streets of the pre-Franco era. Letters have always reached the place where I live. As well as, water, electricity, gas and bills and taxes; and now the internet connection. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. ONLY WITH A 19-YEAR-OLD GIRL WHO SEE THE NAME OF THE STREET WHERE I LIVE, LAUGHED.
I had a question about an incident and the telephone service was exceptional, with empathy and clear steps to follow.
I have called to find out and the man who has picked up the phone has hung up on me without solving anything and leaving me with the word in my mouth.
