Poor customer service at the ticket counter. On two occasions I bought tickets here and the old man working refused to help me because I have an accent when I speak Spanish. He made me wait for the next ticket agent. I live in Valencia and don’t have problems communicating in Spanish in my day to day life, so I don’t understand why a ticket agent at a major train station would refuse to listen to me.
The station is functional, very normal and with few services. For a station with so much traffic of people, and so central, the truth is that it leaves a little to be desired. It has a couple of small shops in case you want to buy something when you return, and 3 food places counted. At least I was able to charge my phone at the macdonalds. It has a bathroom, yes, it is paid, quite hygienic. If you want to rent a car you have a lot of options and brands. If you're going to be waiting for a while to catch the train, the truth is that it gets a bit boring, but traveling is fine. In the end it is a season, of course, although used to others, this one falls short.
A station like any other, although in recent days there are only train delays and last minute changes.
No complains. Mainly for security. I am more relaxed if the access to the platforms is controlled exhaustively.
Incredible having to pay to go to the bathroom
