It seems to me that the store itself is very good, but I personally did not know it, if not that a son began to study in a well-known institute and they recommended us to reserve part of the necessary equipment in this store, the only thing that has been. In charge and very good is to send me a message with the amount of the material and an account number but the material today is incomplete, very bad communication and lack of interest, I hope it will be clarified soon or I will have to look for the material myself and return the rest because since September for a kit of material, it seems to me very left by this store. I hope it clears up soon and ends up with this shop as well as possible. Making a subparagraph to your answer, the date you indicate is the date they sent me a message for the payment of the kit and I have had the pleasure of going to your store twice and on neither occasion did they have the kit. One on Saturday 10 and I returned without the kit and the other 24 and they already told me that the kits had been taken to the center. And on top of that they deliver it with missing pieces. That is why I comment on the lack of delivery to the client, thank you very much for the interest taken in the answer, but giving true data, thank you very much.

Very bad online experience. I see that most of the good reviews are from the physical store and there is one similar to mine online. I placed the order more than 10 days ago and it has not been shipped, nor does it vary in status, nor have I been informed of anything. They do not respond to me in the message that I send from the web since it appears "product offline" and I request information since when placing the order it is indicated that it is in stock. In the customer service chat (which indicates immediate attention) they send me an email, with which they neither attend nor is it true what is indicated. If the product is not in stock or they have had an incident, I have not been informed of anything. Neither the dispatch of 48-72 hours is fulfilled, nor the reception of 2 to 7 days as indicated on the web. The worst, not receiving any information about it or being properly attended to. I hope this information is useful to buyers like me, who usually make purchases in online stores.
