Disrespectful, bad manners, the owner behaves as if she were attending a shoe store. Intolerable that in a place where you go for a misfortune they treat you with such haughtiness and lack of empathy. Furthermore, both the mass and the cremation are incredibly cold. I've never seen anything like it

Nothing recommendable this place. We had an appointment at nine for the cremation of a relative. At ten to nine a lady was already calling us because she was in a hurry (she would not have much when she arrives at five to nine and she was smoking in the street). This lady apart from being unpleasant, was pushy, tact with the family none. I have to say that six years ago we went and the other young girl who was there was spectacular, six years later there is the owner herself who is the one who attended us leaves much to be desired, in such delicate moments I do not understand how it can be so unpleasant, honestly I think he has got the wrong business because it is useless. Without a doubt, I will never ask for another cremation in that place. As advice I would ask this lady to call her in some way that has more empathy and since she has the education that her employees had and that she lacks.

They are dedicated to deleting bad comments ... A couple of months ago we had a very bad experience there. We wanted to share our case so that people who were looking for information about them would know what is really happening and not repeat our story and now that comment does not appear ... The fact is that a couple of months ago we went there, obviously affected by the loss of a loved one, and there instead of help and understanding what we found was arrogance and lack of education and respect. The receptionist, who we were told was the owner, was haughty and stupid with us, and not at all empathetic in a place where people who are going are having a very hard time. He dedicated himself to arguing with us, talking to us in bad ways, questioning everything we said that we had agreed with the insurance, ... and all this in an arrogant and arrogant tone. Anyway, a complete disaster. On the other hand, the incineration process was very cold, a mechanical act without any touch and horrible because the little that could be "seen" of the process was not seen because the glass reflected ... I do not advise anyone to go there because if at that moment you are having a bad enough time, they with their performances put the icing on the cake and turn that bad drink into a worse one.
