After eating a (what they call), baked rice, the best dessert you can have is a couple of Almax. Past and oily rice, with doubtful pieces of ribs .... nothing recommended

I've been in Valencia for 2 years, and they make the second best paella I've ever had. The best is made by a friend of mine with firewood. They also have other good rice dishes.
