We have tried several dishes, all of them very good, the incredible baked rice, it is not the typical one of the eating houses that leave a lot to be desired, in my point of view. The perfect marinated ear, just right. I recommend it 100%, I will return without a doubt. In addition, the place is beautiful and very clean.

We have tried several dishes on the menu: the U-mami pizza is incredible, the bravas delicious and different, and the belly pan with hazelnut, is a brutal bite when all the flavors are mixed on the palate. Their croquettes are a scandal! I could elaborate much more on dishes, flavors and nuances, but I think this already goes with each one. Something that we also love and have surprised us is the delicacy and care in the preparations, as well as the desire to introduce novelties. In short, it is a bargain to have in our town a place that offers both traditional and innovative at the same time, with enthusiasm, well done, and without fear of surprising.
