Very bad experience with them, I went to the agency to hire a two-day express trip, I decided on a hotel where the agency showed me some high-quality rooms (Hotel Ágora Resort Peñíscola), the problem came when I arrived at the hotel and I stayed in a room the opposite of what I hired and paid at the agency. The hotel told me that the room I was supposed to stay in had a supplement of € 100 or more per night, therefore, it was not going to be possible. I spoke with the agency to protest and without giving a solution they tell me that they report everything, that I have paid for what I have had and that they cannot do anything. Very unhappy with them, I do not recommend them at all.

Since we met them, we travel with them. We love the treatment and the facilities they offer when looking for a tailor-made trip. In addition, in the trips can arise setbacks, and go out of their way to give them a solution. To all this we must add that prices are very competitive. I recommend them 100%!

We have been traveling with this agency for a long time, the price is always much cheaper than in other agencies. The treatment is spectacular, always in contact in case you have any problem or doubt before and during the trip. They always look for the best option and advise you on the best hotel and what you can visit. If they have been in the area they advise you places to go and it solves all the paperwork until you change currency. Fully recommends.
