They left the quilts that we carry perfectly, for that part we would repeat. Now, in terms of professionalism and punctuality, no. The duvets were delivered to us two months late, they made us go 4 times, and one of them was lost for two months ... Every time we went they kept us off. Edito answer: I understand that there can be sudden problems in a company, but as a client I was never given an explanation of the problems that were having. Neither are solutions. "Lost" was in the words of your partner, since they could not find it in either of the two stores. Obviously later it was found, hence the review has three stars and not one.

Great professionals and very friendly. They have managed to leave me a communion suit kept for 32 years (yellow with hanger marks and stains kept) as if they will end up buying it in the store. 10
