After several years delighted .... I do not know why they have changed the treatment .... it seems that the money is more important than the exquisite attention and patience they had with the children. Big disappointment on the last visit. Logically I do not recommend it for that lousy change. Since we have spoken privately and have made an effort to clear up misunderstandings, you have my trust again. The situation is difficult for everyone and so I change my assessment for the interest you have shown and I hope that you continue along that line as you have always done with kindness, respect and good treatment.
