I was attended by a bald boy who was very rude and impolite. I was trying to return a product paid by my girlfriend's credit card and it was raining, so she stayed in the car and gave me her ID, but he didn't accept to refund me unless she came in. Then I had to tell her to enter the shop to be seen by him, and not only he insisted on the same issue, but also he claimed that doing it is impossible and illegal. What's more, he said that an ID musn't be touched by other person, everything said with very bad mood and rude words. They have gained -2 customers today. Never go back.

Deceptive web store. It tells you that picking up in store is free and then they charge you € 4.99 for shipping. You call on the phone to ask and he says that everything about cycling has shipping costs. They announce a good price and then they put the expenses on you. They have wasted my time.

I place an order for some nano x sneakers and 2 Reebok training shirts since all the Reebok clothes are at 50% discount, they send me an e-mail after 2 days that my order has already left the warehouse and that in a day will come. The day it was supposed to arrive, they sent me another email saying that it was canceled due to lack of stock. I go back to the online store and to my surprise there is stock but without the 50% discount. To all this with the order paid, now we have to wait for the refund of the amount. The manager leaves a lot to be desired. He lacks a lot of education. She does not know how to be in front of the public, I did not put up a claim sheet for not delaying the rest, but with a manager like that the store will be closed; I at least don't come back anymore.
