Good afternoon. I have no choice but to write here since I have not found a solution to an undelivered order that I placed on December 22/24. I have called the office 7-8 times to see what was happening and they tell me they will call me as soon as they know where the nuts I ordered are. A pity ... I still have no nuts and no solution. Of course I am going to ask for my money back. Zero efficiency
