Fully agree with Pepiño's comment, if you want to ruin your community, hire this lady, or answer the phone or call meetings, we have not presented accounts for 2 years and on top of that, she is rude and rude, incompetence and rudeness are her virtues.

We took the management of the community, and just say I RECOMMEND IT IF YOU WANT TO RUIN A COMMUNITY. Lots of UNFIXED PROBLEMS, UNJUSTIFIED EXPENSES, UNCLAIMED ACCOUNTS, TWO YEARS WITHOUT GIVING SIGNS OF LIFE, SO YES, COLLECT. EVERY TIME HE WAS CALLED TO MAKE A MEETING, HE WAS CASUALLY ON VACATION, AND SO MORE THAN TWO YEARS WITHOUT MEETINGS AND CONTINUOUS CALLS. SUMMARY: TOOK A COMMUNITY WITH MONEY AND LEFT IT FULL OF DEBT
