Dreadful experience; poor reception and no knowledge whatsoever on their business. They just know how to point you to stickers with web addresses that don't work or scan codes that send you back to their own premises.... Very little effort of communication... Not a pleasant experience.
Today I visited the police station to report my wallet being stolen. The reception I received was disgusting because I could not speak Spanish. They had know one apparently who could help. I managed to understand that they are Spanish and are only there for the Spanish people, absolutely appalling. This would not have happened in the UK, so much for being European.
Today, Wednesday, December 16, my mother had an appointment, a policeman from window 6 has been very edge with a 67-year-old lady. He had a valid passport, he gave it to him and for not seeing it or doing him the favor of taking it, it seems that he had little desire to work. And she goes and makes my mother run to have supposedly the valid passport that she had in her purse and my mother gives it to her and tells her that it is the expired one. What little desire to work like this is this country. And with this message I only ask for a little respect, not only do I say it for my mother to all of them are immigrants, of all older, less respect to treat them with respect to you.
Very cordial and friendly treatment, they helped me in everything, especially in the Complaints Office, a pity they do not have the means, the police had to wait because there was only one scanner
