My experience has been 50/50 in quick repairs. But in the advice I find them that they need to improve, I am a beginner in road cycling. I went to buy some cleats, they did not advise me properly, to the point that they sold me some cleats intended for professionals, that is, completely fixed. They should have told me about the consequences of wearing fixed cleats without being, these perfectly placed. I have had to buy other cleats in which there is some movement, that is, they are not completely fixed, the reason is that I almost got a knee injury due to my ignorance about the cleats and little advice. You have to take more care of each client.
